  • Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings
  • We are not responsible for image quality issues resulting from low-resolution photos provided by customers

3. Custom Orders

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any images you upload
  • By submitting photos, you grant MemoraMade Crafts permission to reproduce them on our products
  • You confirm that your images do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of order placement)

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in USD
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
  • Payment is due at the time of order
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days for handcrafting
  • Shipping time: 2-3 business days after production
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
