Our minimum order quantities help us minimize material waste, reduce packaging, and lower our carbon footprint from shipping. By offering sets instead of singles, we can maintain our quality standards while being better stewards of our resources.
Q: How do I place a custom order?
A: Simply select your desired magnet size and quantity, then upload your photo(s) during checkout. We recommend images with a minimum resolution of 1000x1000 pixels for the best quality.
Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: We accept JPG, PNG, and most common image formats. For best results, use high-resolution photos taken with a modern smartphone or camera.
Q: What if my photo quality isn't great?
A: We'll do our best to work with what you provide, but low-resolution or blurry photos will result in lower-quality magnets. If we have concerns about your image quality, we'll reach out before production.
Q: Can I customize the design or add text?
A: Yes! Use our customization options during checkout to add text, choose layouts, and select your preferred style (Polaroid or standard format).
Production & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Each magnet is handcrafted to order. Production takes 1-2 business days, followed by 2-3 business days for shipping. Total delivery time is typically 5-10 days for US orders, 7-14 days for Canada, and 2-4 weeks for international orders.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days for handcrafting. Shipping is 2-3 business days via USPS after production is complete.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping rates are $4.99 (US), $9.99 (Canada), and $16.99 (International). Wholesale and Bulk orders of 50+ magnets ship FREE!
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through USPS.
Q: What if I need to change my shipping address?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot change the shipping address.

Q: Do you offer bulk pricing?

Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my custom magnets?
A: Because each magnet is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. However, we stand behind our quality!
Q: What if my magnets arrive damaged or defective?
A: We'll make it right! Report any defects or damage within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send you a free replacement at no charge. You don't need to return the defective item.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order and before production begins. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Q: What if there's a production error?
A: If we make a mistake, we'll replace your order for free with expedited production and shipping.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping is $16.99 and typically takes 2-4 weeks for delivery.
