RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At MemoraMade Crafts, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized photo magnets. Because each product is custom-made specifically for you, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
Custom Product Policy Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom photo magnets except in the cases outlined below.
Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos clearly showing the defect or damage
- Include your order number in your message
- Email us at memoramadecrafts@gmail.com
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Our Error If we made an error in producing your order (wrong photo, incorrect size, production mistake), we will:
- Replace the item at no cost to you, OR
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
To report an error:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the incorrect item
- Describe the issue clearly
Image Quality Issues We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from:
- Low-resolution images provided by the customer
- Pixelated or blurry source photos
- Images with poor lighting or color quality
We recommend uploading high-resolution images (at least 1000 x 1000 pixels) for best results. If you have questions about image quality before ordering, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
- We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier if your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it
- We are happy to provide any documentation needed for your carrier claim
Incorrect Shipping Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Replacement Orders
- Replacement orders for defective or incorrect items will be produced and shipped within 3-5 business days
- Replacements ship free of charge
- You do not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- Once production has begun (typically within 1-2 business days), orders cannot be canceled
- To request a cancellation, email us immediately at memoramadecrafts@gmail.com with your order number
Bulk Orders (50+ Magnets)
- Bulk orders have different cancellation and refund terms
- Contact us directly to discuss any issues with bulk orders
- Partial refunds may be available for bulk orders depending on the circumstances
