SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All MemoraMade Crafts products are handcrafted with care after your order is placed. Each custom photo magnet is carefully created within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Timeline Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after production is complete. Total time from order to delivery:

  • US orders: 5-10 business days (1-2 days production + 2-3 days shipping + carrier delivery time)
  • Canadian orders: 7-14 business days
  • International orders: 2-4 weeks

Shipping Rates

  • United States: $4.99 flat rate
  • Canada: $9.99 flat rate
  • International: $16.99 flat rate
  • Bulk orders (50+ magnets): FREE SHIPPING

Carrier Delays Once your order has been shipped and is in the carrier's possession, MemoraMade Crafts is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
  • Tracking may be limited for international shipments once they leave the United States.
  • Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing.

Shipping Carriers We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for reliable, cost-effective delivery.

Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number at memoramadecrafts@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
